American Legion Department Convention

Band members riding the bus to the convention. Pickup schedule is as follows:

7:30 am East Grand Forks Legion
8:00 am Crookston Legion
9:30 am Moorhead Legion
10:10 am Fergus Falls Legion
11:10 am Alexandria Legion

We will be staying at the Sheraton Bloomington Hotel, 7800 Normandale Blvd. Minneapolis. There phone number is 952-835- 7800.

This is also the hotel where the convention is held.

The Department Parade will be held at 7:00 pm on Friday night.
Saturday morning the band will play a short concert from 8:30 to 9:00 to open the convention. We then play a short concert at the Lady's auxiliary. That will conclude our performances

2007 Mid Winter Conference

MN 9th District Band played for the Mid Winter Conference in East Grand Forks on January 20th.

25 members attended.

The bands next appearance will be at the 9th District Commanders Testimonial, April 14th, in Mahnomen.

We play during the social hour from 5:00 to 6:00 and reopen meeting at 7:00 with "Star Spangled Banner"
